The mission of Obsidian is to harness, grow and refine leadership capabilities in its members, while in return, each member’s individual mission is to generate ripple effects of their learnings and capabilities to positively influence a younger generation of leaders.

As such, earned income from Obsidian membership fees is donated to a select few charities across the world supporting younger generations in becoming leaders in today’s ever changing, challenging and complex environment.
